    Install Ilias 4.2.3

    I ran XAMPP succesfully and install all applications needed as per XAMPP installation process. Also created aal the directories required. If I insert http://localhost/ilias/ nothing happpens. How do I resolve this?

    What does exactly happen. Do you get an error? Do get a white page?

    I found the problem. The root directory was incorrect - need to install XAMPP under the Apache Root.
