I have problem e.x. if somebody register in ILIAS, he can't receive automatic email or if somebody want to change a password he can't received a email for new password. He can't receive email from administrator

Are you using linux box? If yes, most probably your linux emailing system is not configured correctly. Please try this command to send email directly from linux

mail -s "Hello world" you@youremailid.com

If you received that email, so your emailing system is work. You can also check your mail log at /etc/log to see the problems.

Don't forget to thick the checkbox in user registration to allow ilias to send an email notification.
