SVN Branch has been created for 4.3
At January 23, 2013, we have created the release branch at: http://svn.ilias.de/svn/ilias/branches. The trunk is open for 4.4 developments now.

If you are running an 4.3 installation that is updated from SVN, please use "svn switch http://svn.ilias.de/svn/ilias/branches/Release_4_3_x_branch" to move to the new maintenance branch
If you want to create your local copy of the 4.3 branch, please use svn checkout http://svn.ilias.de/svn/ilias/branches/Release_4_3_x_branch ilias_4_3_x
