There are suggestions to lock the answer submission for a user in tests after a he/she has seen the solution for that answer.
It you have the "Report the score after every question is answered" and you decide to view the correct answer, then you should not be able to modify the question again.
In the same way, the access to the test results should prevent the user from answering all questions in the test. Therefore the presentation of the test results should not come automatically after finishing a test with more then one try.
