I think it would be very nice to have a "Sticky Function" for the ILIAS
Forums just like in this phpBB forum. The feature should be integrated into the RBAC System to make this function only available to certain users.

How about offering this feature to all forum moderators (incl. the forum owner)?

I like this feature - we are using it in our ILIAS forum as well. But it should really be reserved for a few people.

Yes. This is a feature only for admins or teachers.
