Hallo,

mein erster Eintrag hier im Forum. Ich habe hier schon viel gelernt und freue mich immer wieder hier etwas lernen zu können. Leider stehe ich jetzt vor einem Problem. Ich muss für 190 benutzer eine Schulung anbieten. Der dazu gehörige Test soll aber erst "sichtbar" werden sobald ein Teilnehmer die Schulung gemacht hat. Am besten muss er noch bestätigen das er die Schulung gelesen und verstanden hat. Ich habe bisher nichts in der Einstellungen gefunden.

Über Hilfe würde ich mich sehr freuen.

this is my first entry in this board. I´ve learned a lot already and looking forward to learn more about ilias. Unfortunatly i have a problem. I´ve to offer a training for 190 Users in ILIAS. After the training every user have to pass a test. To prevent that the users try the test before they read the training documents the test shouls appear after the Users pass the training. My 100% solution is a confirmation of the users "i have read the training and understand it" after the training.

Are you talking about tests in SCORM or the "normal" test-tool?

I've no experience with SCORM, but if you mean the normal test:


Has the test-tool to be invisible?

If not:
You can time the test. (Einstellungen > Einstellungen Arbeitssitzung > Startzeit)
The test-tool will be visible but the test itself can't be started before time x.

Non-automatic solution:
You cancel the right "Ansicht" of the regarding role. But don't forget to reset it afterwards.

thanks for your answer. I cannot set up a time to do the test because my users don´t do the test at the same time. For example:

User X:
make´s the training at 31.06.2009 at 02:00pm
make´s the test at 31.06.2009 at 02:30pm

User y:
make´s the training at 25.07.2009
make´s the test at 25.07.2009

Both can see the training all time. The test appears just after they pass the training.

So the training (a SCORM module?) should be the precondition of the test, I see...
I know, that a test can be a precondition of a course (Einstellungen > Vorbedingungen) and maybe of other objects, too. But I couldn't find any possibility to set preconditions for a test, eighter. Sorry.

Maybe others have got an idea?

Habe das Problem nun anders gelöst. Auf der letzten Seite der Schulung bekommen die Kursteilnehmer das Passwort für den Test genannt. So müssen Sie erst den Kurs durchlaufen bevor Sie den Test starten können.

I solved the problem by myself. On the last sheet of the course the participants get tthe password to access the Test.
