Hallo, alle zusammen
ich moechte , alle datums wie "last update" , "created on" usw. ueberall,wo sie in gui erscheinen, in eine andere kalendar Type umgewandelt anzeigen, dabei ist es egal wie und in welchem format sie in system oder datenbank gespeichert sind. An welchen Stellen soll ich nun eingreifen um mein Code unterbringen, und die Umwandlung nur fuer Output zu realisieren. Ich habe bereits den Event Kalendar des Systems erfolgreich umgewnadelt. (ilias 3.9.1)

Dear Melissa,

Function fmtDateTime in the file classes/class.ilFormat.php is the central place for formatting a date in ILIAS.

What exactly do you want to achieve by your changes?

I am asking, because I did some changes to this function while I was doing changes for WebDAV support. Although these changes are not directly related to WebDAV, I have marked them with BEGIN WebDAV / END WebDAV comments.

The changed code displays the word 'today', 'tomorrow' or 'yesterday' for recent dates, to make them stand out from other dates.

ich danke Dir fuer die Antwort.
Andere Laender, andere Sprachen, andere Kalendar, wie z. B. Julian Kal., Greg. Kal., Sonnen Kal.
So moechte ich datums des Systems, wo es nur sichtbar wird, in Sonnen Kalendar gezeigt wird. Code fuer die umrechnung von Timestamp und date(...) ist bereits geschrieben. Heute ist z.B. in Sonnen Kalendar den
1386.12.27 und in drei Tagen ist es Neujahr(Anfang des Fruehlings).
Die ersten 6 Monate des Jahres sind 31 Tage und von 7. bis 11. Monat sind sie jeweils 30 Tage und der 12. Monat ist 29 Tage. Nur in Schaltjharen ist der 12. Monat 30 Tage (ca. 13 Monate nach 29 taegiger Februar wird es im Sonnen Kalendar geschaltet).

In this case, class.ilFormat.php is the right place where to do these changes.

You may want to make the choice of the calendar a user preference.
I suggest you contact the ILIAS core team on how to do this.
