Feedback-Dateien zu abgegebenen Lösungen einer Übung
Beschreibung
Wenn Nutzer eine Übung bearbeitet und ihre Lösungen eingestellt haben, kann der Tutor jedem User eine individuelle Feedback-Datei zukommen lassen. Dazu nutzt er für jeden User die Schaltfläche 'Feedback-Dateien' im Register 'Abgaben und Noten'.
In vielen Übungsszenarien ist es häufig nicht notwendig, jedem User eine individuelle Feedback-Datei einzustellen. Eine Feedback-Datei für alle User (z. B. Musterlösung, erklärendes Schaubild, ...) ist oft ausreichend.
Im Moment kann der Tutor die Feedback-Datei nur über die vorhandene Feedback-Datei-Funktion einstellen. Dies bedeutet einen großen Aufwand bei vielen Übungsteilnehmern. Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht darin, dass Feedback nicht mit der Übung zu koppeln, sondern per Mail zuzusenden oder z. B. im Kursordner einzustellen. Das ist in dem Moment aber ein Bruch in der Vorgehensweise, die dazu führt, dass die Übung für den Nutzer nicht ein einheitliches, komplettes Objekt von der Augabenstellung bis zur Bewertung mit Feedback ist.
Anforderung
Die vorhandene Möglichkeit, Feedback-Dateien hochzuladen, wird dahingehend ergänzt, dass es möglich ist eine Feedback-Datei für alle Übungsteilnehmer anzugeben.
[Update M.Glaubitz] Des weiteren sollte es möglich sein eine Musterlösung nach Abgabe zu verschicken, so dass diese Datei automatisch nach der Abgabe an eine(n) Teilnehmer(in) ausgeliefert wird.
Lösungsansatz
Es könnte eine Schaltfläche 'Gesamt-Feedback-Datei hochladen' geben. Wenn diese Datei hochgeladen wird, wird sie automatisch allen Übungsteilnehmern zugeordnet.
Oder die Auswahlliste (Änderungen speichern, ...) wird um einen Punkt 'Einheitliche Feedback-Datei' ergänzt. Die Ausführung dieser Einstellung führt dann zum 'Durchsuchen und Hochladen-Dialog'. Nach dem Hochladen kann dann durch Auswahl bestimmt werden, für welche Nutzer die Feedback-Datei gelten soll.

4 Discussion
JF 3rd Sep 2012: We appreciate the feature, schedule it for 4.4 and continue the discussion on details during the 4.4 development. It could also be an option to upload the "sample solution" already when setting up the assignement and offer its access to users once the deadline of the assignment is reached.
Matthias Kunkel, 04 Sep 2012: Renamed feature wiki page to: "One Sample Solution For All Users" to make it possible for non-german speaking members of the community to understand at least the intention of this feature request.
Marko Glaubitz, 27.03.2013: We would like to participate in funding this feature. However, we suggest extending the proposal to an automatic distribution of this "general" feedback file after a user has submittted her/his solution.

Some irritations.
Irritation 1: I do now have the possibility to choose a feedback-file. Now I can only upload this file by clicking the "Save"-button. But then I loose the context - ILIAS forwards to the overview-page where all assignments are listed. Maybe we should have another button "Save and Return".
Irritation 2: I can upload just 1 feedback-file in the form. But then in the Subtab "Files", I can add additional (Feedback?-) Files. These additional feedback files are only visible in the Subtab "Files", not in the form. And also the learner only can`t see this additional Files.
Irritation 3: When I go to the "Files"-Subtab, and then I click the "Back"-Link, then I am forwarded to the Tab "Submissions and Grades". Instead of Assignements => Edit => Chosen Assigment.

Jour Fixe 11.11.2013: The "Files" tab on the tutor screen includes the "instruction files" (visible already at the beginning of the assignment). We will rename this tab to make this clear. We agree that after saving, the same screen should be displayed. Mainly because ILIAS does "not know" if the user would like to continue with the (instruction) files or with the overview screen. Two points we could not reproduce:
- Files added to the "(Instruction) Files" list always immediately appear in the learners view.
- Clicking on the "Back" button in the "Files" screen displayes the assignment overview (edit view), not to the "Submissions and Grades" view.
