Meeting SIG Onboarding

Liebe Gruppe,

wie besprochen treffen wir uns am 20.11. erneut zum Austausch.
Unsere Notizen sind im Etherpad in der Gruppe zu finden (aktuell noch etwas unsortiert; ich überarbeite das die Tage und speichere es im SIG-Wiki ab).

Bis dahin guckt sich jeder die Personas von Özden (siehe Forum) an und überlegt sich, ob das so passt und ggfs noch etwas fehlt.
Überlegt euch außerdem gerne, ob es Themen gibt, die ihr im Bereich Community Onboarding gerne noch einbringen würdet (weil ihr dafür brennt, es euch wichtig ist etc.). Wir werden nach und nach noch so einige Themen angehen. 🙂

Beim nächsten Treffen wollen wir dann die Personas finalisieren, um im nächsten Schritt eine Onboarding-Seite zu konkretisieren.

Unser aktuelles Ziel: Unsere SIG auf der nächsten DevConf (März in Köln) launchen, neue Mitwirkende locken und gemeinsam/gestärkt an die weiteren Punkte des Code of Conducts gehen.
